Both conditions must be satisfied for a refund under this policy. A request submitted after the 7-day period or after a website scan has been completed may not qualify under this standard refund policy.

2. When Refunds Are Not Available

A refund will generally not be available under this policy if more than 7 calendar days have passed since purchase, or if one or more website scans have been completed using the purchased service.

This policy does not limit any refund or other rights that may be available to you under applicable law. Duplicate payments, unauthorized transactions, billing errors, and verified technical issues will be reviewed separately where appropriate.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through our Contact Us page within the eligible period. Include the email address associated with your account, your order or payment reference, the purchase date, and the reason for your request.

We may review your payment and account scan history to verify eligibility. Please do not send your full card number, CVV, password, or payment authentication credentials.

4. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated through the original payment method or payment provider, where supported. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider and your bank.
